Our Perfect Summertime G + T

Sometime back we spent the afternoon at SoHo Farmhouse in Oxfordshire and their mixologists experimented with a few different pairings for our fine Cloudy Dry Gin.

This particular G + T using either red grapefruit or orange and a sprig of aromatic garden rosemary was a clear winner. It has a heady taste of summertime nostalgia thanks to the smell of fresh rosemary sprig catching those subtle notes of juniper, chamomile, lavender and New Zealand fijoa which are infused into our gin.

To make our perfect Cloudy Summertime G + T you will need…

• Large glass

• Ice

• 50ml The Boutique Distillery - Fine Dry Gin

• Mediterranean Tonic Water - Indian Tonic Water also works well

• Wedge of Red Grapefruit

• Sprig of fresh garden rosemary to finish
