The spirit that’s turning heads and winning hearts — the 2025 Great Taste Two Gold Star Award winning HAKA Cotswold Honey Rum. Handcrafted in the Cotswolds, this exquisite rum begins life as HAKA Rum, distilled from rich molasses and Demerara sugar which is then matured in ex bourbon barrels to develop deep layers of character before being gently infused with local Cotswold ivy & clover honey.
The result is a smooth, velvety rum that unfolds with every sip. Dark fruits, molasses, and toffee warmth balanced by the subtle sweetness of local honey and the lingering bourbon notes from the cask. It’s a spirit that invites you to slow down and savour.

Each batch is handcrafted in small quantities of just 100–150 bottles, individually numbered and sealed with hot wax — a testament to our devotion to quality over quantity.

Introducing our Pink Raspberry & Hibiscus Gin, meticulously crafted in our Eco-Craft distillery. Infused with 14 carefully sourced botanicals, including locally harvested squashed raspberries and tempered with pure Malvern Spring Water, this is no ordinary gin.
This is not a sweetened Pink Gin. We rely on the natural sugars from our raspberries, complemented by the tartness of hibiscus flowers, achieving a harmonious balance of authentic berry freshness.
Our gin exudes cleanliness and freshness, boasting juniper, raspberry, hibiscus, New Zealand Feijoa, coriander, and a subtle hint of chamomile. Crafted through vapour distillation in a unique copper still, aptly named "Ginavive," constructed from up-cycled materials. This bespoke apparatus operates on renewable energy, ensuring the exquisite flavors of our gin.
We pride ourselves on local sustainability and supporting our local business suppliers and farmers. In our small Gloucestershire distillery, we produce a limited quantity of 100-150 bottles per batch, each meticulously hand-numbered and sealed with hot wax.
For the perfect serve, measure 50ml of Pink Raspberry & Hibiscus Gin, mix it with 100ml of Indian Tonic water, add ice, and garnish with fresh raspberries and a sprig of garden mint. It's truly exceptional! If you're feeling adventurous, try it with a high-quality ginger beer.

HAKA Premium Rum is a small-batch powerhouse. Born in the Cotswolds from rich molasses and Demerara sugar cane, this beast is forged in our solar-powered hybrid pot/column still to create a silver, buttery rum that doesn’t just show up… it dominates!
Each batch is brought to our signature cask strength, then matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels that we re-cooper on site. We strip the steel bands, clean the oak back to its raw heart, and hit it with fire to char before sealing it up again. The result? A bold symphony of vanilla, caramel, and spice that lands with freight train intensity.
HAKA Premium Rum isn’t made for the faint-hearted. It’s smooth yet commanding, with long, confident legs and a nose that shouts “Rum!” On the palate, expect dark fruit, toffee, overripe banana, raisin, and molasses, all cloaked in smoky oak swagger.
